The tool focuses on improving yard visibility and orchestration through appointment remembering gate check-in, trailer lifecycle tracking, yard slot allocation, dock task management, and visual yard mapping. Built as a personal AI-driven development experiment, the goal is to demonstrate how domain experts can prototype enterprise logistics tools faster and more independently.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m excited (and slightly nervous!) to share **YardOps**, a Yard Management System PoC I built as a personal challenge to explore how AI can help domain experts create real operational software. In many warehouses and distribution centers, yard operations are still managed through spreadsheets, emails, and phone calls. I wanted to test whether combining logistics experience with AI-assisted development could help prototype a modern alternative.
