I'm Slobodan, founder of CodeChamp.

In every dev team I've worked in, PR reviews were always bottlenecked on the same handful of people. PRs sat unreviewed for days, blocking releases and burning out the people who actually cared.

Existing tools were either too heavy or too passive. So I built CodeChamp - it gamifies PR reviews with scores, badges, and a weekly Slack digest naming the top reviewer every Monday.
