What’s your workflow for turning raw screen recordings into engaging demos?

by

We’re building Clueso to make this process 10x faster, but we’d love to hear how others are doing it today.

If you’ve ever had to create a product demo or tutorial, you know how long it can take – recording, editing, writing a script, adding voiceover, tweaking timing... it all adds up.

Some people start with a full storyboard. Others just hit record and figure it out later. Some use Loom or OBS, drop it into Premiere or Descript, and spend hours refining.

What does your typical process looks like:

Do you record voiceover separately or live?

What tools do you swear by?

What’s the part you dread the most?

Would love to swap notes and learn how folks are speeding this up without sacrificing quality.

Here’s a peek at how we’re trying to simplify it with Clueso: upload a screen recording or use our own browser extension to record → get a full script → auto voiceover → done. But workflows vary a lot and there's always room to improve.

What’s yours?
