The description targets designers, founders, AND marketers as separate audiences. Does the prompting experience actually adapt to those different skill levels, or is it the same interface regardless? A founder who's never opened Figma and a senior designer asking for the same output are going to need very different feedback loops.

So does this generate the corresponding code (jsx/tsx) for the requested designs? Or more visuals for marketing? (Of course Claude code provides the components - but I mean does this advancement in Design translate into code generation?)

I tried it. A few weeks ago, I asked Claude Code to make nice images for google play store app listing. They were... good, but not enough. The whole conversation was not really the smoothest one. But because I can't do it better, I agreed with the produced results
When I header about Claude Design, the first thing that pop in my head was the images. I did a second attempt and I got much, much better result. Good quality of chosen texts, fonts, colors, twists. Really loved it.

I used Pencil.dev and Google Stitch https://stitch.withgoogle.com/ and then of course Claude Design just as soon as it was launched. Pencil and Stitch were ok, but can be erratic.
Started with a design system and got to 1.9.1 (about 15 revisions, major and minor if I recall correctly). Some aspects of it were mind blowing.
We eventually handed it off to our in house designer for some cleanup. And now, we are using the design system for our side projects. It looks pretty good. Once we get some more confidence, it may drive our primary web sites and web app at finallayer.com
It's very token hungry though. Beyond the 100% usage of my $200 Max plan, it consumed another $100 worth of tokens if not more! :-)
I am yet to design new flows with Claude Design. Would like to hear about others' experiences on that front.

Absolutely loving this so far! 🔥 The design outputs are super professional and ready to use right out of the gate. The only downside I've noticed is that the tokens drain really fast when you're in the zone. Would love to see some tweaks there, but otherwise, you've built an amazing tool. Keep up the great work!
Been using Claude Design for real shipping work, not just demos — the entire visual systems of two of my indie products came out of it.
The workflow that sold me: before writing any code, I have it design the whole site as cards (identity / pages / components). For my board-foot calculator (calculateboardfeet.com) it invented a "lumber tally slip" design language — receipt cards with sawtooth clip-path edges, ruler-tick dividers, totals in tabular mono like a real sawmill slip, print treated as a first-class citizen because woodworkers take the list to the yard. Nothing about it reads as generic-AI-gradient. We went from registering the domain to a 41-page live site in one day, largely because every design question was already answered.
Same story on my AI visibility checker: it proposed an "audit transcript + highlighter" system — your brand marked in highlighter yellow inside real AI answers — and that became the product's signature element.
The underrated part: the designs are opinionated and buildable. Cards translate straight into CSS tokens and components, not pretty-but-vague mockups.
