The "autonomously review PRs" piece is where I'd stress-test this first. Does the routine just leave inline comments, or can it actually request changes and block merges? There's a big difference between "Claude leaves a note" and "Claude is a real reviewer in your GitHub workflow."

15 runs/day is kinda telling tbh. if your agent workflow needs more than that youre right back to self-hosting cron and managing infra yourself, except now you also have the subscription lock-in. cool for light stuff like PR reviews but anyone doing serious continuous automation already outgrew this before it shipped
