Why bug reporting is still broken in 2026?

As a QA Engineer, I’ve noticed most bug reports miss critical context — steps, URLs, and actual user flow.

This creates constant back-and-forth between QA and developers.

I recently built a Chrome extension to solve this by recording user sessions and converting them into structured bug reports.
