One of my all time fav products, highly recommend!
Thanks!
Congrats guys, I always been feeling that a similar tool with privacy as focus was missing in the industry! All the best
Thanks a lot :) We are also building chatwoot with the same assumption.
Awesome!
thanks a lot :)
Hey that is just what I was looking for. Congrats! 🚀
Thanks! Let us know if you need any help.
Chatwoot will be a great solution for customer success / engagement / support. For me the key factor is that you can customize to support the customers.
Thank you for the support!
This is great! Huge fan of the project, been following for a while. I was wondering if you are planning to offer a SDK to integrate it to mobile apps. Is that on the table? Again, this product is awesome.
Yes, we will be releasing a react-native SDK soon. is working on the Android and iOS SDKs.
Being a user myself at Aviyel.com (a platform that helps OSS projects Monetize and scale ) for six months and Chatwoot checks out all we needed ; Features Control over data Easy of Use Congrats , and
Thanks a lot for the support throughout :)
Awesome work guys 🔥 Been waiting for a proper OSS alternative to Intercom for ages :) Plus the dashboard looks really well made, will definitely give it a shot. Would love to see the equivalent to Intercom's "knowledge base" to really make it an allround customer-support solution.
Congrats for getting listed here as well as YC winter batch selection guys!
Thanks a lot :D
Unable to create email inbox. We have 3 different magazines and have different support emails. Can we create multiple inbox with different emails like , , ? Do we need to create multiple account? BTW I am not able to create email channel. Looks like disabled.
Thats the idea. you should be able to create inboxes for different emails. We have it disabled because its still in beta and there are few niggles which we need to work out. But we will be publishing documentation on how to enable it in our self hosted versions over the coming week.
