ChatNode - The AI Chatbot That Knows Your Business

We've been using Chatnode for a while for bespoke chatbots and it's an excellent app with a sleek interface. So excited to see Chatnode 2.0 get even better. Highly recommend.

Well, I've had ChatNode for just over a year now and even though I have a half dozen other chatbot apps in my stable, this is the one I rely on at the moment. It was simple to train and easy to implement. I can view the conversations in the history list and adjust the bot, as needed, with modified text to handle even the most stupid questions. Setting up the initial prompt requires a bit of thought but the active Discord community is there to help with suggestions or past examples. I have to say that the platform started to lag a bit in currently desirable features until it was acquired by new, more substantial, owners who quickly escalated the ability to use more LLM's for training, added live chat functionality, and totally revamped the UX to meet the needs of those that wish to provide instant, low-cost responses for both sales and support queries. While I have limited business needs, ChatNode is ready for top-tier corporate integration. Disclaimer: I volunteer as an unpaid moderator on their Discord server.
