How do you archive or manage your important AI chat histories?
Hi everyone!
With the rapid adoption of LLMs, many of us are spending hours brainstorming, coding, and researching inside AI chat interfaces like Google Gemini daily.
However, one thing I’ve noticed is how easily valuable insights, code blocks, or custom tables get buried inside an endless sidebar of historical chat threads. Standard manual copy-pasting often breaks formatting entirely when transferring data to workspaces like Notion or Google Docs.
I actually just launched a lightweight solution today called "Chat Exporter for Gemini" to make exporting threads to PDF, Word, Notion, and Markdown seamless with a single click.

But I'm really curious about everyone else's workflow:
- Do you just leave your important AI conversations inside the native history sidebar?
- Do you manually clean up the formatting after copying?
- What features or integrations do you wish AI platforms natively had to help manage your knowledge base?
Would love to hear your thoughts, workflows, or any feedback on the tool we just shipped today!
