Wonderful to see the product alive and kicking !
Been working with the platform for almost 2 months and it comes with all sorts of fun. Plugged in all the standardized info in, but all manual or CSV. We are now migrating invoicing from Zoho to Stripe (basically kciking out Zoho) to ensure we can push all the correct data automatically into Chartmogul. Next step will be adding segments + looking into adding extra enrichment data. For a future roadmap, linking platforms that help adding acquisition funnels to every user (CLV) would be amazing!

Good to hear you are off to a good start with ChartMogul. That's a great step forward to automate your data flow via the Stripe integration even though it is a big project migrating between billing systems. We have all the tools in place to help you link up and clean your historic data once you are live with Stripe. Making it easier to add enrichment data is high on our priority list.
Any way to get a new free trial?

sure, just signup for one on the website, if you're email is already taken just do (that is if you're using Google Mail as backend for your email)...otherwise just use a different email address altogether
Does it work with "Tier based pricing" ? Like we invoice our customer based on their usage ... not fixed price subscriptions.

it can, there are customers who do this, what billing system do you use or is it custom built?
Hi Nick, we currently use chargebee with a simple 0$ subscription that is updated (via a webhook) everytime a new pending invoice is created at the date of renewal.

Hmmm, probably best to shoot an email over to to explore options, it might be that our turnkey integration isn't workable and a custom integration via our API might be needed. But before you do that you could also just signup for a free trial and try importing your Chargebee data to see how it's parsed, that would be a good starting off point.
I have only just started using ChartMogul and this feature comes at a perfect time! I compared them versus other products for our early stage SaaS and chose ChartMogul because their packages seemed really friendly for our small and growing company. Great work.

Am I the only one confused by this launch? The presentation video and blog entry are filled with business jargon that makes it not clear what this is all about. Is this a new app? A new feature inside your app? Confused!

thanks for the quick reply. I did and got confused when I cross-referenced with the new "data platform tab" on the app which, at least for now, it just seems to be a place for documentation. Very happy with the product so far though.

If you go into that tab and try adding a new Data source with the API/CSV icon you will see a lot of new functionality...which will eventually make it to all data sources.

it's great that you guys reworked your data pipeline - does this make building integrations faster? (e.g. Segment, Salesforce, etc)

While the first iteration visible on the frontend focuses on billing data, the groundwork in the data pipeline re-design will indeed enable us to build out the segmentation integrations more easily further down the road.
