With Canny for Intercom, you can capture feedback you get from customers during conversations. You can also collect feedback directly in Intercom's new Messenger home. Show your customers that their feedback is valuable. Canny will send updates when you launch new features. Setting it up only takes a couple minutes. Try it out! 🙃

I've been using this in beta at Techstars, and it's a perfect bridge between Intercom where we interact with users and Canny where we capture/rank/prioritize feedback and new features. It's straightforward and well done!

It seams to be a wonderful l product, everything we are looking for on intedcom. But we found it too expensive for our small company that's not based on USA.

We came cross Canny while reading their article on how they bootstrapped Canny to ramen profitability. It's amazing that Sarah and Andrew have made such a polished and functional product with a small team of two. Congrats! Canny's Intercom integration is amazing. As a small team of two, Canny saves us a lot of time by streamlining the feedback collection process.
