Congrats on the launch! Nice demo video, technology is wild. If your current B2B(2C, I suppose) focus doesn't work out, I do think there's a lot of opportunity for a more consumer focused tool - flip the script and call Gentle Dental on behalf of the consumer to schedule an appointment. You can even use the existing calendar integration. There's only one competitor in that space as far as I know, and it's ripe for disruption.
