I built BTC Burger in 10 days without a dev background
A few weeks ago I had a random thought:
“How many real-world things could I actually buy with my crypto right now?”
Not in USD.
But in actual items: 🍔 burgers, ☕ coffee, 📱 iPhones, 🚗 cars, 🥇 gold
I searched for a simple website that visualized crypto purchasing power this way, but couldn’t find anything I really liked.
So I built BTC Burger → https://btcburger.net
The craziest part: I have no dev background.
I asked a designer friend to help with the visuals/UI, and built the entire product myself in Claude Code in about 10 days.
And today (22 May) felt like the perfect day to launch it on Product Hunt — because today is Bitcoin Pizza Day 🍕
The day when 10,000 BTC were spent on 2 pizzas in the first real-world Bitcoin transaction ever.
Would genuinely love feedback:
Does this concept make sense to you?
What items would you add?
What features would make this more useful/fun?
