After seeing several emails about awesome Brunchwork events and inspiring guests, I finally attended a virtual event in early April on the topic of Ghost Kitchens. Guests included Atul Sood (Kitchen United) and Melody Koh (NextView Ventures). I was so glad to see Brunchwork choose this as an event topic; ghost kitchens are a huge and growing topic of interest. The event was very engaging, and I took away a lot of insights and "pages" of notes!

@michlee14 Thanks Michelle! Hope to catch you at our next "ghost kitchens" event in the Fall.

This is such a great idea. I'm a big fan of the Brunchwork brand, I think it brings amazing people together and I personally made great connections in their events. Really looking forward to seeing all that great content brought online!

I'm a bit confused at face value. One headline suggests you'll get the benefits from a formal business education, another suggests business training with business leaders, another pointing towards conferencing with "business leaders" for outsourced consulting. What exactly is this? All three areas are of personal interest to me (in producing/consuming education products), yet it just seems like an opaque funnel towards executive training. What value in discrediting MBA programs if those results are not articulated to target users (even though I agree MBA's are of low value and higher education turned into a racket)? Furthermore, if problem-posed with the notion that education is never politically neutral and designed to oppress or liberate others, who exactly is this education product for if it doesn't advertise worker education, unionization strategies, and workplace democracy? Hunters & Makers: Two insightful articles that illuminate these points clearly: David Graeber "On the Phenomenon of Bullshit Jobs" https://www.strike.coop/bullshit... Bob Black "The Abolition of Work" https://theanarchistlibrary.org/...

@ravi_bajnath Ravi, Thanks for your questions! We're building a new category of business education. We call it co-learning. That's. why it's hard to put us in a traditional box. I will add your two articles to my weekend reading. I invite you to meet our team at 3pm EST today -happy to discuss further there. Or of course, I invite you try one of our workshops. It's the best way to see if we're a fit for you.

Honestly, Brunchwork set me in the path that I’m in now. After hearing the perspectives from the audience I wanted to be in front, including investors and decision makers in key departments I was targeting for clients, I was able to modify my strategy to more effectively communicate the services and products I was offering and it has allowed me to close bigger and better sales. To me, it was an accelerator to understanding the right moves to make to get where I am now.

I have been working with brunchwork for 2+ years now, and their events and community are amazing. Paulina and the speakers bring such energy to the topics they cover, and brunchwork provides a unique experience for young professionals looking to connect in a more meaningful, impactful way (both in-person + with their seamless transition to virtual).

Real lessons from actual leaders! I gained insight to the most current successful business practices quicker than any job experience or classroom could teach me. The Brunchwork content and community are a goldmine of talent and information. The casual atmosphere encourages the audience to engage in genuine and valuable discussions. I highly recommend this for anyone that enjoys the art of business.

I had previously attended various brunchwork events in person in LA but love how quickly they shifted during covid bringing even more amazing speakers from various markets to the digital space. I quickly joined as a member as I saw it beneficial to learn from these leaders/experts and also get the chance to brainstorm business solutions with driven and like-minded people during the business challenge portion of the event. I also love expanding my network nationally and beyond meeting attendees others all over the globe!

@mercy_v21 What a delight getting to know over the last few months! I love having you in the community.

I have been able to attend a few virtual Brunchwork events at home, and as a student, it makes it very accessible to connect and learn from knowledgeable people in the industry. I have gained so much from these sessions, but most importantly learned how to network without feeling overwhelmed. The community and leadership at Brunchwork is outstanding!

@lauren_jones2 Thanks for the kind words Lauren! We love hosting you at brunchwork.
