I have had this product from the early days and it is a rare privilege as a consumer to purchases a product that you are proud to own. The pride is two-fold .. the satisfaction of having an amazing product that allows me to engage with my customers in a safe and private manner. The product is very simple to use and as a business, the information gathered is priceless. The forms can be designed in a very stylish and professional. The bells and whistles with the product never cease to amaze me. For a one-time payment, I have a product I proudly use and share with other business owners with confidence. This leads to the second part .... the bells and whistles that have been added to this program since I first started are simply mind-blowing. In the beginning, I suggest some functional features that would be nice to add, and to my surprise, my voice was heard and features were added based on my suggestion. To have a company that cares and continues every day to make your purchase more valuable than the day you bought it (without a money grab). That doesn't happen very often, kind of rare actually. I have talked with the @wilsonbright (co-founder) on a number of occasions, very down to earth and he listens Companies do not reach levels of success without a great product and a great support line ... to be honest, I have never had to contact them about issues I have had with the product not working properly but more so about .. Hey Can I do this. .. and How do I do it. I get a little kick start and I am good to go ... Block Survey contributes to my success and I wish them all the best and to keep rocking this product to make it head and shoulders the best and safest way for businesses to interact with their customers while maintaining the importance of their privacy as well !!! Love love love BlockSurvey. It's quickly becoming one of the most used tools in our business now. Super clean, robust and secure. Edits are reflected in seconds: I had someone who told us midway through the survey that the field was in a numbers format instead of text. Went in to change and it was reflected instantaneously! We're using it for survey, quizzes, feedback etc.. literally everything you can think of. Thanks @wilsonbright for creating this!
