@paul_z hah, good questions - it's usually a problem, but honestly there is no magic trick. First of all, we define how the version 1 looks like and divide it on the Roadmap by different versions. So if our founders really want too much, I divide their scope and give them a really good offer cost and timewise. Product development is more a dialogue and collaboration than conflict of MVP features and that's a kind of people we can help.
