finally something that doesn't make everything sound crunchy when i crank it up. the per-tab slider is super handy for juggling youtube and spotify at the same time

 Thank you, ! Preventing that 'crunchy' distortion was one of my main goals. That’s why I integrated a custom soft limiter into the audio chain to keep the sound crystal clear even at high levels. Glad the per-tab slider is helping you balance YouTube and Spotify seamlessly

Does the 600% boost cap per tab or get shared across all open tabs at once? Wondering if I can crank one video way up without it affecting everything else playing.

 Great question! It works on a per-tab basis. Aura captures the audio stream of the specific tab you select using Chrome's tab capture API. This means you can crank up the volume on a quiet YouTube video without affecting your other open tabs or getting blasted by a sudden notification elsewhere. You have full independent control!
