Since joining Assembly, I’ve been working on rebranding Copilot to Assembly, and while it’s been a ton of work, I couldn’t be prouder of what the team has built. From the design to the product to the new AI capabilities we’re releasing, it’s been incredible to see it all come together.
I’ve been part of a few rebrands at other companies, but this one is by far the one I’m most proud of. When I started back in May, the plan was to launch at the end of September, and I’ll be honest, I thought, “I’ve seen how this movie ends… we’ll probably push this date back at least a few times before we actually launch.” Turns out, I underestimated this team, and here we are, right on schedule.
I’m so excited for where Assembly is headed next, and honored to be part of the team driving us forward.

It’s finally here!
Assembly has everything I used to think was super-complicated about client portal web applications (OAuth user management in a client portal, billing with Stripe, workflows and custom integrations), and makes it SUPER easy and beautiful.
It's awesome to be able to support customers like Capital One and independent accounting, law, marketing, and consulting firms!

@joeyfrasier we use Assembly internally for our larger clients to give them something beyond standard support. Specifically, in the enterprise portal they can contact their CSM, view their contract, get a roadmap preview, and schedule calls (Calendly). But there’s no one path and other SAAS companies do different things.
