Launching AskEngine — turn any website into a conversation

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I'm launching AskEngine tomorrow — a Chrome extension that lets you ask questions about any webpage you're on. Articles, product pages, documentation, feeds — just ask and get answers grounded in what's actually on the page.

The idea came from a simple frustration: I'd be reading something, have a question, and end up opening a new tab to copy-paste into an AI. Why not just talk to the page directly?

A few things AskEngine does:

• Works on any website instantly — no setup needed

• Answers are grounded in the actual page content

• Highlight text to ask about specific sections

• Clean, minimal UI that stays out of your way
