Inspired by the legendary Pokedex, ASH is a digital encyclopedia for Ecology Guardians age 6 to 96. It allows children to discover and learn about the magic of the natural world through Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Active Play.

Thats pretty cool :))! ?makers What about the resultpage after the child scanned an object / plant / animal? Is it adaptive to the childs level / age? Maybe a good idea because some would like to know / are capable to learn a lot and others shouldn't have that much info :)

@parterburn We're gonna hit this page once we open up our mailing lists. For now we only have a prototype working and figuring out how to build it at scale, or perhaps just release all the production Docs in the open.

Congrats on the launch @finh_cc. Curious, does ASH need any sort of connectivity or can it function "out of the box" in any remote area. Super cool and love having something that isn't my phone to explore.

@gabe__perez Hi Gabe, yes it does! The goal was to make something that required no internet connection, so it's all decentralised. We've added some links to the dataset used in the last page of the product deck (which is at the bottom of the project webpage).
