arena - Host the Perfect Game Night - Host game nights, run brackets, crown a champion

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Akash, and I built "arena" because I got tired of hosting FC/FIFA game nights through a combination of WhatsApp chats, screenshots, notes apps, and manual score tracking. Every tournament felt unnecessarily chaotic. Players would keep asking for fixtures, standings would get lost, and someone always had to manually calculate who qualified for knockouts. So I built Arena: a mobile-first game night hosting app where you can create a tournament, invite players via a link, collect RSVPs, generate brackets, track live scores, and crown a champion: all in one place. What started as a small side project turned into a 3-weekend obsession. Along the way I learned a ton about realtime systems, multiplayer state synchronization, tournament logic, lifecycle management, and AI-assisted development. The entire product was designed in Figma and built using Claude, ChatGPT, Supabase, and Vercel. Right now Arena focuses on FC 26 because that's the game I play most with friends, but the long-term vision is much bigger: making it incredibly easy to organize competitive experiences for any game, sport, or community event.
