Hi Product Hunt 👋 About eight months ago, we launched Arcade for the first time. We were floored by the response. Since then, we’ve had over 1k companies publish over 4k external demos! The Product Hunt community is a big reason why we were able to gain the amount of traction that we have. What is Arcade? We’re an interactive demo platform. We make it easy for you to create, edit, and publish demos (or Arcades, as we call them). You can also measure success and engagement dropoffs with our out of the box analytics. Today, we’re coming out of beta and launching Arcade 2.0! We’ve been making major updates to our product functionality, including: 📈Product-led: Unlike most of our competitors, we’re actually product-led! You can go right to our website and get started within minutes. We’ve made a lot of investments in a great self-service experience. No more waiting for someone to respond to your “requested a demo” form. 🕹 Arcade Play: We rebuilt our Chrome extension to automatically make video snippets based on actions such as scrolling, drag and drop, and entering text. Press “Record Demo” in our extension to see what we mean! 🥁 Interactive emails and GIFs: We’ve doubled down on our GTM user base who love embedding Arcades inside of homepages, emails, social media and onboarding flows. Since launching, we’ve redesigned our chrome extension to create interactive video based on user actions, and we now support interactive Arcades inside of Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman, and Github! We also allow you to export Arcades as GIFs if you want to promote across channels. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Arcade Teams: If you are a creator and want to collaborate with others inside your company, check out our new Arcade Teams product (in beta). We have signed contracts with Atlassian, Carta, Sentry, AngelList and many more! 🎨 A completely redesigned UI: We gave our product a nice facelift with our new design language. @goforbg Thanks for this thoughtful feedback. 1. I think what you are saying here is that the right click is not showing up inside the demo? Have you tried "Advanced Options" and using a video? 2. Yes, this a challenge. We only capture windows, not chrome extensions themselves. We hacked this a bit with our chrome extension but we used videos and then uploaded them as MP4s. Longer term, we want to invest in a desktop application that can solve this...but it will be a while!

@goforbg thanks for checking us out. Arcade can capture Chrome Extensions, however you may have to capture your demo flows a few different times. For example, today, the extension captures the webpage. If you want to capture UI that's outside of the page (e.g., Chrome's popup widget), you may need to capture that with a screenshot/screencast tool then upload the assets to your Arcade recording. Such an amazing product and team. We’ve been using Arcade for a while and it really helped us take our product marketing to the next level. @caroline_clark yeah i was actually wondering if there's some way to integrate it with my tip generator, but it kinda demos itself when you click the button for a tip 😂 open to ideas though if you can think of how to use it! (and i do have on my to do list to incorporate this as part of any functional apps i build down the road - have to build those apps, and then have to actually have landing pages explaining them and i get too many ideas i rarely get to that second part. you'd think as an ex-marketer i'd be better at that 😂)

It's really a fun product to use! Before Arcade I would have to make screenshots by hand, place the tags in a software like Figma and maybe create a design prototype to get a similar result. Another option was to record long videos that would take a lot of time to edit... In either one of those scenarios I couldn't get as good quality and as quick of a demo as I can with Arcade... I'm a big fan!
