Hi, When is appwrite cloud deployment scheduled for please? If I understand correctly, for now, appwrite is only usable from a localhost server standpoint, rather than from a cloud server point?

Hey Christophe we're working on the Cloud as we speak. We plan to open up our cloud Beta to interested users very soon. If you haven't signed up already, you can express your interest here

As Christy mentioned, Appwrite Cloud is coming really soon. For now you can use, for instance, 1 click deployment on DigitalOcean and get your Appwrite running with 0 setup friction:

You can also check other 1-click solutions for Appwrite in the installation page:

It's possible to deploy Appwrite on a Cloud computing solution, like a DO droplet, AWS Elastic Containers, GCP Compute Engine, etc. Once deployed, it'll feel exactly like our upcoming cloud service. It'll just be a little more work to manage your own storage containers. Cheers.
