There's a lot of bait and switch going on here - almost all of the features require a pro upgrade, including ones that initially seem included. $25/month seems way too rich for most app developers. I love the idea but I think you'd actually get a lot more traction if you made it more affordable and/or made the watermark more subtle (as @iamrahulkapoor noted).

@gillianim Duly noted. What would be a better pricing for a month according to you?
Gillian Morris
@kkkosariya no need to have monthly pricing - charge $10 for a one off

@gillianim Seems like a good deal. Thanks for your feedback. We will consider it.

@gillianim Hey we have made some changes in our Watermark. You can have a look & let us know if you have any suggestion!

Cool product but having it subscription based seems silly. I know that is all the rage, get people to pay monthly, but seems completely inappropriate for this use. Good luck.

@jonasbjornsson AppLaunchpad does not has subscription based payment. It's one time only.

Service could be awesome, but there are too many glitches and bugs. Plus the support is not very responsive (expect 1 week or more to get an answer) or friendly. You guys should consider being more professional with your clients. Last example to date: I had a question regarding new features (that I suggested a few months ago on top of that) and got an answer telling to check the site. Seriously?! They did not even took the time to give the link... not to mention the fact I had to wait 10 days to get this reply. Poor customer support. Applaunchpad in itself is getting better and better: it has many new options and templates, is well designed, but is unfortunately also too glitchy. There are also some incoherence: how on earth would you limit a project to 5 screenshots when you can upload 8 on Google for ex. ? I reported this, and now the limit is 10. It means they take customers' feedback into consideration, that's a good thing. I also reported it would be great to be able to save projects, because most developers usually have more than just one app or one language. Now, you can save 10 projects. It's better, but again, why adding such a limitation? We have 4 apps in 20 languages, and because they do not support languages (they probably never thought about it....) I need at least 80 projects, that's 8x more than current limit! What's missing the most at this point is the possibility to reorder screenshots. Because if you decide to move the last screenshot to the first position, you will have to redo all the work for nothing. There are other options they could implement, but most importantly they should work on all remaining bugs.

Lots of bugs in this product. Even screenshots you previously uploaded will suddenly dissappear and customer service is non-existent.

"Its free" - Oh you want rotated screenshots? Better pay 30$ / month to save screenshots once. No thanks.

Great for creating screenshots for the App Stores
