Really sleek product! Getting the branding for my website setup was very intuitive and easy. Uploading my FAQs into the chatbot was also straight forward and the responses from the chatbot seem to be very accurate.

Thank you for checking out Alta and our Slack integration! We differentiate from other AI chatbots as we believe that sales and support should be a combination of AI and human powered technology. We believe LLMs can answer 80% of sales and support questions but it's very important to also "Chat with a Human" for more complicated questions. That's why we prioritized the Slack integration so we can create a seamless hand-off between AI and humans.
