We differentiate from other AI chatbots as we believe that sales and support should be a combination of AI and human powered technology. We believe LLMs can answer 80% of sales and support questions but it's very important to also "Chat with a Human" for more complicated questions. That's why we prioritized the Slack integration so we can create a seamless hand-off between AI and humans.
