Not impressed and bummed I just spent $10 on this. Since you're not in the Mac App Store even a short trial would be nice. That and the lack of response to these comments on ProductHunt is not helping your brand. A PH discount would also be appreciated. I've used ToothFairy for a long time. It's not as well designed as AirBuddy but it works a lot better. - The menubar icon would be great if it indicated if my AirPods (or fav device) are currently connected or not (ToothFairy does this) - The menubar icon would be great if it indicated battery levels (ToothFairy does this) - Option to hide "This Mac" from dropdown menu. Why would anyone want to see that when it's already displayed in the menubar? - Onboarding says I can swipe down on the AirPods popup to change some settings. That does not work with my AirPods 2 (wireless case). Not sure if that's only an AirPods Pro feature but that isn't clear. - I'm not using Big Sur, so switching my AirPods between my Mac and iPhone is a constant all day battle. Would be great to have a keyboard shortcut to disconnect from Mac, or use the same keyboard shortcut as "connecting to favorite device" to both connect AND disconnect. (Toothfairy works this way and it makes it really fast to switch between Mac and iPhone.) - I will say, the Magic Handoff feature for sharing peripherals sounds really cool. I could have used that a year ago when I used multiple Macs, but since I'm down to one Mac I don't need it now. - Definitely annoyed I paid $10 for this software and don't want to use it now (😠). I will stay on your email list in hopes that you improve your UX.
