@medined46272 A skill is created where you specify the input source, what you want your output to be and which app you need to connect to get the right result. So when u actually use that skill, you will get the result without switching app, so that you wouldn't get confused! This is the whole idea of how Acti keyboard works

For Notion docs and Calendar actions specifically, does Acti need its own OAuth connections to each service set up separately, or does it somehow inherit existing auth from apps already on the phone? That setup friction is usually where "without leaving the conversation" tools lose people before they ever see the value.

Can Acti trigger an external webhook? I'd love to fire off automations outside the app (thinking n8n workflows). Looks super interesting, congrats on the launch!
Excited to dig in and explore the app! Would be helpful to have a way to connect multiple google accounts (i.e., personal, school, work) and toggle between them based on the query / use case.

Supporting multiple Google accounts and allowing users to choose the right account for each query or workflow would be very useful, especially when personal, school, and work contexts need to remain separate.
We’ve added this to our list of feature requests and will take it into consideration as we continue improving account and integration management.
The custom-workflows piece is what separates this from the rewrite/reply keyboards - pulling a specific Notion doc or firing a Calendar action from inside any text field is the real unlock. Two setup questions: is each integration a one-time OAuth connect per service, or do I wire it up again per workflow? And when I hold the Acti Bar, is the intent parsing on-device or does the field's text get sent to a server first - a keyboard sees everything I type, so where that runs matters.

Thank you , you’ve captured exactly what we believe makes Acti different from traditional rewrite and reply keyboards.
For integrations, each service only needs to be connected once through OAuth. After authorization, the same connection can be reused across different Skills and workflows, so there is no need to reconnect it every time.
On privacy, Acti does not continuously collect or upload everything you type. Processing only begins when you explicitly trigger the Acti Bar. Only the text required for that specific request is processed securely, and we do not log users’ keystrokes.
We completely agree that this distinction matters for a keyboard product, and we’re continuing to make the permission and data flow as transparent as possible.
