What makes you actually stick with a phone case brand?

I've been thinking about something lately.

There are so many phone case brands out there, and most of them claim to have the "best protection" or "premium materials." But in reality, what actually makes you come back and buy from the same brand again?

For me, I care about a case that feels good in the hand, doesn't add too much bulk, and still protects my phone if I accidentally drop it.

I'm curious about everyone else:

• Have you ever spent more on a premium case? Was it worth it?

• What's one thing that instantly makes you decide not to buy a case?
