Building a 360° feedback tool for leaders. What's been your experience with this kind of feedback?

My co-founder and I are about three weeks out from launching 360now on Product Hunt, and I wanted to share the story behind it before we go live.

It started with my co-founder wanting something simple: honest feedback on his own leadership style. No frills, just real, useful, and affordable. What he found instead was a sea of clunky platforms and pricey coaching that promised insight but delivered complexity and endless onboarding. So we teamed up and built the tool we both felt was missing - 360° feedback that's fast, anonymous, and genuinely actionable, without the price tag or the runaround.
