The rater invite flow is super clean and the AI summary actually picked up on something my team had been too polite to say in person. Wish more 360 tools felt this straightforward.

The rater flow is genuinely simple, no clunky enterprise vibes at all. Loved getting a personalised action plan the same day, it pointed out a blind spot in how I run 1:1s that honest feedback never surfaced before.

What has stopped you from doing a 360 degree leadership review before?
