I am realising pretty quickly that building was the easy part. Curious how other bootstrapped founders are approaching distribution when paid ads aren't an option yet. What's actually worked for you?

I've always struggled with promoting my own work. It always felt a little awkward because I grew up in an environment where drawing attention to yourself wasn't really encouraged.

That's not exactly ideal when you're trying to build a business, and even less so when marketing is literally how you make a living. :D

We built 360now because the barriers to getting honest leadership feedback seemed completely unnecessary; cost, complexity, waiting weeks for results, or just not knowing where to start.

But we're curious: for those of you who've thought about getting 360 feedback but never pulled the trigger; what got in the way? Price? Not knowing who to ask? Worried about what you might hear?

And for those who have done one before; what did you wish had been different about the process?
