India's government is going to support their deep tech startup scene

A better solution could be to regulate these large corps once they reach increasingly larger stages, and loosen regulations for smaller companies allowing for easier entry (which I believe you mention), along with establishing VCs or incubators ... ... party punch. The EU doesn't include Switzerland (where I live) or the UK (which are certainly Europe too) and it represents a certain (failed imo) philosophical approach to European coherence to which you're proposing an
