I would add that it is not only real-time vs noise, but also whether the system is actually connected to execution. Continuous discovery only matters if it s directly informing decisions and shaping what teams do next, otherwise it just becomes a higher-frequency version of the same problem ... ... just faster execution, but faster correction.
