What's the best app for running social media giveaways (+ handles contest rules/terms for you)?

We're looking for an app we can use to power a give-away over social media (Twitter / Facebook / Instagram key focus, with probably Twitter as the lead platform). But, also one that has legal considerations built into it. (so it is probably a platform vs. a Wordpress plug-in or something). I'd LOVE your thoughts! Thank you!

I've had success using Woobox for a client in the past. Easy to setup and their support is top notch if you need it.

Run contests and promotions from Facebook or anywhere

ShortStack is ideal for running giveaways across social media. You can do a simple form entry, or even allow entry with branded hashtags. There are also several database tools and analytics, along with 24/7 support.
There are many templates to choose from, ton of flexibility with how a giveaway works and looks.
Many templates to use and can design your own as well. Fairly easy and if I have questions the 24/7 support is awesome!
