What are the best programs to protect your eyes from computer screen?

f.lux (https://justgetflux.com/) can adjust the color temperature to the time of day,but i feel it complicated CareUEys (https://care-eyes.com) can adjust the color temperature clean and has remind rest function , but is a shareware with only trial for 15 days Is there any other software that can be choose?

    I used to like f.lux but I switched to Redshift pretty fast. It is better supported on most Linux distributions. And it's open-source 👌
