Currently I'm handling support for my apps via email. Given that the email experience on iPad is not great, I'm thinking of switching to a help desk system. Criteria: - Should make answering support requests _fast_. In particular, should support templates and auto-suggest replies (or at least have support for snippets of answers that come up often). - That being said, a live chat widget for my website would be a nice addition. - Other than that, simplicity is a plus. I don't need all the bells and whistles.
- Freshdesk has a really easy to use mobile app (I've only used the Android version though) that makes it really easy to handle support questions. I haven't used their chat feature though (just the free version). I'll make a recommendation for a great chat tool in a moment.
