What is the best help desk system with a great iPad app?
- Freshdesk has a really easy to use mobile app (I've only used the Android version though) that makes it really easy to handle support questions. I haven't used their chat feature though (just the free version). It's the best software for customer support that I have ever used. Also, I like its integration with TMetric, it allows me to track how much time was spent on the overall activity in Freshdesk.
My teams been using this for over a month and they love it. It's increased visibility on production and helped us get a handle on customer satisfaction per ticket.
- I really like Tawk.to for user chat experience. The end user loves it too. They have a knowledge base and support ticket system built into their tool (all included free), but I'm not currently using those features.

Excellent tool for Help Desk, many more options than the old app and easy to use.
It Would be great if Desk could have a connection to open ZOHO CRM Potentials from tickets and able to relate to agent, account, contact.
