How do you actually get AWS credits?
Hey folks,
I m building SaaS product on a ramen budget. The painful surprise? My burn on must have SaaS and Cloud is eclipsing what I can put into marketing and product.
I keep hearing legends about founders stacking thousands in AWS credits or discounts. But every blog post feels dated or locked behind an accelerator gate.
If you ve personally snagged legit credits (not referral spam), could you share:
Will creativity lose its meaning in the age of AI?
Lately, I ve been reflecting on the quiet fear that, as AI tools become better at creating art, writing, and design, creativity itself might lose its meaning.
It feels like a valid concern because:
AI can produce beautiful art and music faster than a human ever could,
Many creative fields are shifting from original creation to "curating" or "editing" AI outputs,
Instant generation often replaces slow, imperfect human exploration,
Younger generations are growing up with AI co-creation as the norm, not the exception.
I wonder:
Will true creativity still matter when "good enough" is instantly available?
Crowdsourcing a Vibe Coding Playlist!
Is it truly vibe coding if there aren't tunes making the vibes...well...vibey. Thought it'd be fun to put together a YouTube playlist of what everyone listens to when building! I'll take all the links and make a playlist on YouTube after a couple of days :)
Just drop the link and tag the tool that you mostly use. I'll start!
I vibe with Black Coffee and mostly use @Cursor!

What is the most unusual use of artificial intelligence you have seen?
Besides generating text, images and videos for you in a few seconds/minutes, AI can certainly do other things.

AMA - how to craft a launch strategy that will break Product Hunt
Hi everyone! We're hosting the AMA LIVE on X (Twitter) and will be answering questions posted on the Forum during the Live.
Join the Live X session here: https://x.com/producthunt/status...
A while back we launched @Wordware and broke Product Hunt during our launch.

We're here to share bits of wisdom from our launch strategy, answer launch questions you may have, and even help point you in the right direction for the launch day!
What AI agents do you have running in production?
There are so many new AI agent platforms ( @Wordware @Lindy @CrewAI @zapier and so on) that I'm finding myself curious how everyone is using them.
What AI agents are you using in production? What do they do? Are they working and reliable? What would make them better? Are they replacing roles? Augmenting existing ones?
My issue with Chakra 3 is that llm's are bad at it
Title says it all, but in general i find that llm's are pretty bad with v3 components.
both prop names and the general composition of components seem to have sufficient variance from v2 that the llm's often use the "wrong" paradigm.
i like chakra, how can i use my tools more effectively so that it works well with gen ai?
do you have context you set, or do you constantly mentioned you are using v3?
appreciate any tips :)
Claude 3.5 vs. Claude 3.7: Fresh Test
Hey everyone! With the release of Claude 3.7 today, a hybrid reasoning model, I decided to test it against Claude 3.5 using @Trickle to generate websites from the same single prompt.
Check out the results:
Trickle + Claude 3.5: View Website

What will be your moat considering in a few years, everyone can be a builder and creator?
The last few months have blown me away not for the announcements but for the actual use tools like Cursor, Windsurf and the even recent ones like Bolt or Lovable.
As someone who has no knowledge of coding, I have been up during nights materialising the product in my head into an web/app that I can run on my device - all through conversational english. With such pace and removal of barriers, what do you think the next phase of software development would be and what will be the differentiator that defines your(could be your product) success?
How Do You Handle Updates for AI-Generated Website Content?
I m exploring how websites that rely on AI-generated content manage updates when underlying information changes or new information needs to be added. For example: if an AI writes an article about "Best Practices for SEO in 2023," how do you efficiently update it to "2024" incorporating new additions in a coherent way without regenerating the entire piece?
Regenerating the whole article would be inefficient as it could erase formatting, disrupt internal links. Also it probably wouldn't send the right signal to search engines where whole article changes for every update.
What will be the role of humans in society when AI and human-like robots take over more jobs?
In yesterday's discussion by @aaronoleary, there were a few thoughts about using robots at home.
In this context, several questions occurred to me.
For example, what will happen to the future of humans if we delegate most of the manual and mental work to machines? How will we handle our free time? How will people be rewarded?
Any crypto investors here? Investors, not bros 😂
I have been in the blockchain/crypto industry for 5 years now. Both as an investor and as a developer. I have launched many products on ETH, Polygon & Cardano network.
This thread though is more about the investor side of things. How are you folks dealing with the volatility of this particular cycle? The uncertainty from the politics and regulations that are coming from US side? Feels like the business market cycle will never play out right?
What's your favorite criminally-underrated AI coding tool?
I recently installed @Augment Code based on an ad somewhere, and I'm super impressed, but haven't heard a peep about it in most channels. But it got me wondering what else I'm missing. This is a crowded field with a few frontrunners and a lot of more esoteric newcomers, but I want to know about the ones that blow your mind but hardly get any coverage.

Using Reddit for Product Launches
Hey everyone! I ve seen some people mention using Reddit groups to help launching their products, but I m a bit new to the platform. From what I ve noticed, many groups don t allow self-promotion or talking about your own business. I m curious, which subreddits do you participate in, and what s your strategy for engaging and launching your products there?
I d love to hear about your experiences and any tips for successfully navigating Reddit for product launches!
Two of my discussions on Product Hunt were removed. And honestly? I’m glad they were.
I support structured, high-value discussions nobody wants forums filled with spam and self-promotion. But here s the issue: understanding what qualifies as valuable.
Product Hunt s updated guidelines push for original, engaging, and non-replicable content. Makes sense. But when posts disappear without clear reasoning, it creates confusion.
Where s the line between sharing insights and self-promotion?
What defines a post as high-value in this new system?
Why not offer feedback instead of outright removals?
Stronger moderation is great if paired with transparency. Instead of guessing what works, clearer guidelines and examples could help everyone create better discussions.
Beginner tips for Raycast?
When @Raycast launched their recent notes feature, I downloaded it for the first time. I'd heard a ton of great things, but just hadn't ever tried it out before. Their notes feature was something I'd been looking for so it seemed like a good jumping on point.
So far, I feel like I'm vastly underutilizing it though. I kind of found the sheer amount of things you can do with it overwhelming, and I've mostly found myself just not using it. I love keyboard driven apps and shortcuts (I'll forever be a diehard @Neovim fan) so it seems like something I'd love and get a lot of use out of. I just haven't found a great set of shortcuts or uses yet.
