I prefer Images and written content for a first peek. A video is better when the product catches me and I am more interested in how it works

I recently received an email that Andrew Ng, the creator behind Coursera, is launching 3 new courses in machine learning and it forwarded me to the website deeplearning.ai. This got me to think about how easy it has become to learn new skills. You just need to invest time and effort.

I certainly don't want to be part of a team where everyone thinks they are the boss. I believe that aspiring to be the boss in any field isn't a healthy attitude especially if you are working in a team.
