We don’t aim to replace Perplexity, just as Perplexity isn’t intended to replace Google. While Figma is an essential tool for most design teams, we want to emphasize its importance for our team as well. As a team deeply focused on product experience and design, Figma’s collaborative features and intuitive prototyping tools have been invaluable. It has significantly streamlined our design process, enabling seamless teamwork and rapid iteration. Figma empowers us to bring our ideas to life efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality in user experience.

We rebuilt our official website to better showcase our product details and foster community engagement, and Framer played a pivotal role in this process. Acting as both a front-end and partial back-end engineer, Framer significantly reduced our development time and resource requirements. Its designer-friendly interface saved us countless hours, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: delivering the best product experience to our consumers. Framer’s seamless integration of design and development made it an indispensable tool for our team.

We used ChatGPT throughout our process, from prototyping to interface development. Its creative capabilities stood out compared to alternatives, aligning perfectly with our need for flexibility and innovation. ChatGPT’s ability to generate diverse, high-quality ideas and adapt to various tasks significantly enhanced our workflow efficiency. Our team uses MongoDB to develop AI Agents and workflows. This allows users to get a preview of the Minduck product. Jitter is an excellent tool for designers, with support for Figma plugins, making it perfect for product design-driven teams.

The voice quality of ElevenLabs is exceptionally professional and high-end, quickly enhancing our efficiency in producing brand and product videos. Since our team is product-focused, the video content needed for marketing and operations requires human narration and guidance. After discovering ElevenLabs, we can edit the voiceover in our videos just like editing a script. This has condensed the multiple workflows of planning, script design, recording, and post-production into a single step during the post-production phase, reducing the time from 2 days to half a day. It is an incredibly efficient tool and is one of the best tools for PLG startup teams.

We use Captions to create subtitles for all our brand and product videos. Captions offers stylish and well-designed subtitle styles, providing a top-notch reading and interaction experience in the industry. Additionally, Captions is exceptionally accurate in voice recognition and subtitle conversion. The product experience of Captions goes beyond simple interface interactions; it genuinely solves our pain points related to video subtitles in real-time!

Thanks to CapCut's user-friendly design, we particularly appreciate the smart captions, music and sound effects library, and cover design features. These have significantly increased our efficiency when producing videos related to the Minduck brand and products. Compared to our previous use of Premiere, we no longer need high-performance Macs to create quality videos efficiently. The export speed of CapCut is especially impressive!

Thanks to Jira's workflow features, we can collaborate effectively despite working remotely and asynchronously. Every task, from initiation to division among different functions, to final completion or handover, requires a collaborative and project management tool. Jira has greatly assisted us in this regard, making our daily execution work much more efficient.

Thanks to Figma's powerful features in design, development, animation, and collaboration, our team has greatly improved efficiency in product appearance design, user flow discussions, market competitor analysis, brand marketing, and promotional content work. The rich plugin ecosystem, along with various tools that simulate engineering languages, not only enhances the collaboration between designers and engineers but also empowers designers to independently create content for Minduck's brand promotion and product marketing.

The first product that gave us a new understanding of AI and has been in use for the longest time. From our interactions with this product, we not only saw the potential of AI's computing power to truly empower humanity, but also deeply felt the frustration of various groups of people today when they are unable to benefit from AI. Thus the original intention of minduck ai was born: we hope that AI is not ultimately a replacement for humans, but rather a real enhancement of human creativity and imagination; we firmly believe that AI products must be so smart that any novice product user can get started with the new digital species directly.

Xmind has always been a mindmap tool in our hearts and is often brought up to us as we develop this product. While Minduck is not a mindmap efficiency tool, we must salute it, as its existence is also guiding us not towards a mindmap tool.
