A recap of Shipper's last 2 months: Bundle of updates :)

When we started Shipper 55 days ago, it was basically a text box that spat out React code into a sandbox. No onboarding.

Since then, things moved fast. The first wave of feedback told us two things loud and clear: people wanted easier ways to get started, and they didn t want to lose their progress.

My hypotheses for FoundersAround failed. What would you do next?

Hey PH

I spent last month testing some assumptions like: founders want to meet others in-person. These assumptions failed as it's not as simple as that. There are some intricacies.

Well, I think will come back to the original asusmption that sort of worked. People liked being on the map, sharing their profile, and getting discovered.

How MarketFit surfaced a winning point that even the CEO was missing out on?

I was in a conversation with the CEO of an interactive Kiosks provider who was evaluating MarketFit (our product). They generated battlecards using MarketFit and were evaluating those together with me.

Their buyer had a specific pain point on accessibility and the CEO, a very seasoned guy, mentioned how their kiosks solved that issue.

The battlecard generated by MarketFit had perfectly mapped that point in a precise and concise way. However, there was an additional solution point that MarketFit added. The CEO had never thought of that selling point which really made their pitch more attractive.

Additionally, MarketFit gave him very specific case studies related to accessibility. Again, CEO hadn't been able to recollect those specific proof points and was pleased to have them handy. And it was all done in 1-minute and 1/3rd of a page.
