Congrats on postponing! Sounds weird to say, right? But seriously lean methodology isn't right for all customer types. Wasn't for ItList and we're so happy we launched a lovable product.

This is a question for a corporate attorney. Depends on how your startup was structured. Is there a corporate Stock Plan? Was there a Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA)? Was there a vesting schedule in the SPA? Does it define leaving "with cause"/"without cause"? Is there a Stock Power exhibit to the SPA? Were these docs all signed?
Provided nothing illegal / unethical was done the ideal...

Help desk / support ticketing CRM system worth doing for MLP?
We're currently a small team (8 total) building a SaaS tool for the creator economy. Fundraising has been fairly easy... half-way raised pre-seed in 45 days. Looking at wether we want to add a help desk solution for managing support tickets.
If this were a team of 2 totally bootstrapped my thinking is maybe skip it for MPV. But since we do have some funding and our Beta Creator users have...

Wore a lot of hats. Applied for EDGAR with the SEC. Raised $80K more and crossed the half-way point of our pre-seed. Finalized moderated user testing prototypes for CRUD UXR for our Beta users.
