I'm both. Can't plan too much and won't freestyle beyond a certain threshold. I like the wiggle room and structure and I'm balanced.

Building stuff and selling stuff are two different ball games. Whether you choose to work for someone else or build and do your own thing, learn how to sell stuff. This includes knowing how to talk about your skills, communicating ideas so people can key into your vision.

Sleep and power naps: I catch a good night's sleep. When I work for 30-45 minutes I take breaks that include naps inbetween. Refreshes my brain. Using the MSCW (must to, should do, could do, wish/or won't do) principle to sort my task and to do list on Notion.
