One thing I ve consistently seen with Product Hunt launches is that most teams don t fail because of the product. They struggle because they launch in isolation. No feedback loop. No prep support. No real conversations with people who have done it before. That s why we re opening a new WhatsApp group inside TOPTeam: The Open Product Team focused entirely on Product Hunt launches. This is a dedicated space where product builders help each other: - Prepare for upcoming launches - Share Product Hunt links and launch plans - Exchange honest feedback on positioning, copy, and visuals - Support fellow makers on launch day and beyond No noise. No vanity metrics. Just builders helping builders launch better. If you re planning a Product Hunt launch. Or thinking about one in the future. You re welcome to join. Comment PH Support and I ll share the invite link.
Curatora started as a content discovery and publishing tool. Along the way, we realized the real problem was not publishing faster. It was knowing what is actually worth publishing.
So we pivoted.
The new Curatora is focused on content idea discovery. It helps you find relevant signals, angles, and patterns instead of generating generic ideas.
If you care about thinking before posting and building content with intent, I would love for you to follow along. Launch details coming soon.
In about 17 days (I hope I m counting correctly), I ll be re-launching the mobile app, and now I m wondering how much the Product Hunt community will try it out.
I spend 100% of my time on a desktop on this platform.
But the majority of the population is mobile-only.
We often see launch posts, milestones, and success stories. What we don t see as much are honest breakdowns of products that quietly stalled or failed.
I feel there s a lot of learning hidden there about timing, assumptions, and trade-offs.
Yesterday, I came across a job posting from a specific SF company that offered Yesterday I came across a job posting from a specific SF company that offered a salary of 250k 1M (including equity), but realistically, I don't think they have that money; they're just grinding to satisfy investors and succumb to too much hustle culture.
Requirement: be available on-site from 9 AM to 9 PM 6 days a week in the office (and I bet even Sunday would be dedicated to meeting some team members in "free time"). In addition, they were willing to hire those who would relocate to SF.
Since I haven't been able to meet my work goals very well in the last few quarters, I now plan to approach them more systematically and not push myself too hard on work goals, as that ultimately led to problems that made my plan less sustainable.
Since I've been trying to up my LinkedIn game, I want to connect with the most prominent people on the platform. (Ideally, in the marketing field.)
LinkedIn was primarily a B2B platform or a platform for getting a job (HR segment), but I can see more emerging creators and influencers/stars, who can earn money from sponsorships. If you know how to treat the content, you can get a chance to stand out and create posts that bring you results.
My journey in startups began 10 years ago, and I've launched 18 startups, most of which failed. Briefly on why they failed: 1. Contract Online my first startup in 2015, which was supposed to be an online service for remote signing of contracts for any transactions between individuals. A kind of analogue of a secure transaction. For this startup, I even managed to attract a business angel who invested $16,500.
Reason for failure: I had two lawyers on my team who discovered in the process that the legal framework at the time could not provide reliable grounds for protecting our users in remote transactions. The contracts would not have been considered legally signed. 2. Natural Products In 2015-2018, I became very passionate about healthy eating, but in the process, I discovered that products in all chain stores are full of chemicals, and stores with truly natural products are inaccessible to the majority. Hence, the idea emerged to create my own online platform where you could order natural products directly from farmers at affordable prices.
Reason for failure: For several years, I tried to launch this project, even trained as a baker of natural bread and tried to create my own farm, but in the process, I found that few people are willing to pay for truly natural products, even if these products were only 20-30% more expensive than market prices, and not 2-3 times more, as in premium stores. Hence, the market was so small that all my attempts were doomed.
The other day on LinkedIn, I came across a competitor in my space. The founder proudly wrote in their bio: "Built the tool from idea to launch in just 2 weeks."
I m building a tool in the content space and we ve just completed an MVP to validate idea.
Here s the core problem we re tackling: Creating content is exhausting not because writing is hard, but because knowing what to talk about is the real challenge.
Every founder, creator, and marketer I talk to has some version of this pain:
I know I should post consistently... but I have no idea what to post.

I m the @Product Hunt CEO, I ve launched 7 times on PH, and helped countless friends prep their launches. The most common mistake I see is a confusing tagline. Launching on Product Hunt soon? Tell me your tagline and I ll fix it for you :)
