Great analysis! Thanks for the takeaways - they really line up with what I believe too. The biggest thing I’ve learned about PH - your product’s quality, usefulness, or PMF doesn’t really matter. What actually matters is your network and whether you can mobilize it on launch day. That "I AM the customer so I know what they need" part really hit me.😂
I analyzed why 34 products that hit #1 on PH never made $1k MRR. And im lowkey disturbed

A collector would definitely appreciate it. Is it really being sold at face value?

Curious: what feels like your highest-leverage move for Q4? I spent Q3 deep in research - writing my master’s thesis and stress-testing whether Zaqlick made sense in the real world. It does. So Q4 is about the real thing: launching.

Hi Chris, nice to meet you! Bootstrapping something that replaces your own burnout is a story I deeply relate to. You saw the problem from inside, then built your way out. Curious how early users describe the biggest shift since handing control to AdAmigo?

I'd buy the "default stack" that compounds over time. Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI, Plaid. Defaults win because switching costs are real.

Welcome, Siena! Love the scope you are holding across ICPs, growth, and brand. What signal are you using to confirm an ICP is real this month?

My launch price comes from three quick signals. 1) A 30-day ROI napkin math from user interviews. 2) A three-tier page with soft checkout to see which tier gets intent. 3) Five founder calls where I quote the number with a straight face and wait in silence.
How did you decide the first launch price of your new product?

What helped me balance this: one proof, one principle, one ask. Proof could be a user result. Principle is the why. Ask is specific and time-bound. Which of your recent posts could you reshape with that trio?

Love this topic. The trap is permissions and admin before daily value. Quick test I use: did one output get posted in a team channel three times in a week. If yes, ship the smallest collaboration next.

My rule for waitlists is simple: if it does not change copy, channel, or outreach in 2 weeks, it is decoration. What is the smallest useful loop in Waitlister that turns a signup into a booked call or an activated beta within 7 days? Good luck with the laucnh!

Love the depth. My rule with tracking is simple. If it does not change copy, budget, or channel focus in 2 weeks, it is decoration. What is the smallest useful loop in LeadSources that turns a path view into a concrete test for next sprint? Good luck with the launch!

Hi Julian! I've learned that AI helps when it shortens the path to a decision. Not when it adds another surface to manage. What is the smallest useful loop in Asa v2 that takes a manager from signal to action in under 5 minutes? Good luck with the launch!

Rather than a basic MVP to test the idea and the market, we began building a more complex product and we're still at it. Thankfully, there are other ideas on the table.

My take: events come later. I'm still at the MVP stage, so I’m investing all attention there. Once we have a working product and a meaningful audience, I'll explore events.
Have events been part of your early-stage marketing plan?

Thanks for naming the hard part. I immigrated at 41 with two kids. Freedom became very specific for me, mainly where and with whom I work.
