I’m Paul, founder of Automations24 and a doctoral candidate studying how AI and automation are transforming business strategy. My professional roots are in global procurement where I managed hundreds of millions in sourcing for automotive electronics. That experience gave me a front row seat to the complexity of systems and the power of good process design.
Automations24 is my way of bringing that mindset into a broader space. It is a small studio focused on building practical automations and micro-SaaS tools for small and mid-sized businesses. We design solutions that cut down manual work, bring clarity to data, and help teams scale without adding layers of overhead.

When you can share more, I'd love to hear which metric you watch to prove value in month one?
Thanks @elenamira, great question. For me the first thing to watch in month one is how quickly someone moves from sign-up to that first “real” moment of value. If users can activate quickly and feel a tangible time-savings or a smoother workflow, that’s the best early proof point.
I’m also paying attention to where people drop off in those first 30 days, since friction and trust gaps show up fast and point directly to what needs fixing. And if even a handful are willing to commit with payment or share concrete efficiency gains early, that’s enough signal to know the foundation is solid.
