This is an interesting question. In the past I was a product manager of ML models capturing fraud scores. Initially its pretty simple: the higher the score, the more likely the risk. However since we were selling to financial institutions we needed to dive in a lot more. Also, sellers needed to understand the product in order to sell it. Selling a product that is highly technical with no UI to...

Best strategies to market as a non-marketer?
Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Not everyone has a knack for marketing, content creation, community building, or other techniques. When it comes to marketing, what have you found to be the best tools and strategies to market your product when it's not your strength?

The only thing I use is a spreadsheet to track weightlifting. When it comes to health and fitness no amount of tech will substitute discipline to eat right and work out. It’s one area of my life I keep pretty tech free since cooking and exercise are a meditative break from the rest of the noise.

I try to stay focused on most relevant channels. There's only so much time in the day. I don't want to spread myself thin to where my attention and content quality is very low. That does more harm than good.
How many project group chats are you actually keeping up with right now? Be honest.

Price changes are very normal. I don't think anyone gets it "right" the first time. It's an art and a science. I've seen it as a founder and working for large successful companies. There's not master secret to it. You're testing to see does your price reflect the value. You could have a solid product but your price and bundling might undercut it (which can reflect low value) or your strategy...

I have a few reasons. For one, I was always tinkering and building stuff and I thought, why not capitalize on this? However this can fall into the trap of turning all your hobbies into some kind of revenue and that sucks the fun out of it. I also like helping people in general. This is why I stick to B2C products. I experience a pain point, find a way to solve for it, then share it with others....

I think its degrading them. Not just skills we're bad at and use AI to do for us (like generating images for non-designers) but also the areas people are generally good at. Primarily because it's a lot quicker and easier to use AI than do it ourselves.

AI makes it easier to launch products however you still need good product sense to create products people actually want. The barrier to entry is lower but that doesn't mean the value of the products solve real problems effectively. I've encountered good looking platforms with a product that doesn't work particularly well. Sort of "lipstick on a pig" type scenario. Another common issue is the...

I think more jobs are replaceable than people expect or want to believe. It's more of a matter of choice - will business leadership choose to replace your job or just augment it with AI?
