Most people think users choose products based on features or price. In reality, support decides who stays.
A cheaper tool becomes expensive fast when every issue turns into a ticket nightmare. Meanwhile, teams keep paying more for products that solve problems and support them when it matters.
Support is not a cost. It is part of the product experience. Fast replies build trust. Clear answers reduce churn. Companies that treat support as a growth lever win.
Hello Product Hunt community! I'm the founder of AviatAce, a SaaS platform to help prepare for aviation exams (B737/A320). I'm building in public, learning from each step, and always open to connect with other founders to share lessons about launching and SaaS. If you're interested in aviation, product development, or community-driven marketing, let's chat!
I m Sankar, founder of Luxestrive AI building practical AI tools that turn complex real-world workflows into clarity.
Our first tool, DecodeMyForm AI, reads confusing medical bills (EOBs) and explains them in plain English tested across 3K+ organic views on Reddit and LinkedIn.
I m here to connect with other SaaS and AI founders, swap early-traction stories, and learn from your launch experiences.
Hi makers, I'm Luis and I ve been building mobile apps since 2016 - everything from mobile games to a popular skateboarding app that was later acquired in 2021.
I m Aditya, and I m excited to join this community! I ve been deep into the world of social media analytics and digital marketing for a few years now totally geek out over metrics, trends, and finding patterns in what makes content or campaigns go viral.
Recently, I started a project called Ayrobase, which aims to help brands and marketers get a much clearer, data-driven picture of influencers and audience authenticity (think engagement breakdowns, bot/real follower patterns, and so on). If you ever want to talk influencer analysis, social growth hacks, or even dashboard design, I m always up for it! Besides that I am also a Certified Cloud Architect for GCP and I always love a good discussion about how to set up a cloud system
Looking forward to learning from you all, sharing ideas, and hopefully contributing in a useful way. If anyone wants to connect or swap insights, just tag me!

Hi everyone! I'm FarLee_70s, the maker behind KeepBridge.
In 2014, MH370 s disappearance made me think about unspoken words.
Years of solo travel and life s uncertainties deepened that question:
What if we could leave reassurance, even when we re not around? I ve been a computer enthusiast since the DOS days in the early 90s. In this AI-dominated tech wave, choosing simple technology for a profound meaning feels like a middle-aged uncle s sentiment. In 2025, when my daughter graduated from college, we decided to build something human - KeepBridge, a small "control tower" for life. How it works Based on a simple check-in (like a plane s ping to the control tower), KeepBridge has 3 key functions to help deal with life s uncertainties. Here s how I use them: Time Capsule Stores messages like: My seed phrase is in the dictionary on the bookshelf. No sensitive info online, just instructions for offline secrets. Messages are delivered if I miss a long-term check-in (300 days). As a BTC holder, it s my last line of defense. If something happens to me, it guides my daughter to find my things. Keeper s Watch I live alone in the countryside. If I miss a 72-hour check-in, my brother gets an alert. Guardian Me For solo motorcycle trips, I set a short countdown (e.g., 4 hours). It s like buckling up before I ride out. BTW: Earlier this year, a woman in Indiana was stranded in her car for nearly a week after an accident. If she d had something like this, help might have come much sooner. Looking for advice from fellow makers I don t have a marketing team or big social reach it s just me (and my daughter) building this from our kitchen table. We re preparing to launch on Product Hunt, but I m still figuring out how to make it visible as a small indie project. I d love to hear your thoughts: Does this idea make sense to you? Would you or someone you know actually use something like this? Any tips for a first-time PH launch? Every bit of advice or encouragement helps more than you know. https://keepbridge.app

I ve noticed two main narratives in how companies view their competitors.
Either it s a fight to the death approach exactly like what we see between Replit and Lovable (though it seems Replit does more of the provoking ) basically: We speak badly about our competition.
