ZipMessage is transforming the way I interact with clients. No one needs more Zoom meetings and communicating with emails is clunky and frustrating.
ZipMessage allows me to have ongoing conversations with my clients when it's convenient for both of us. What I like most about it is that they don't have to join or login to a new software platform to do so. They just get a link and an email. They also have the option to reply by video, screen share, audio message, or text reply.
The audio messages are my favorite because I'd much rather say something than type it all out. I don't know of many tools that offer an audio only option. Thanks for your hard work on this Brian!

As a founder, there are many times when people want to grab a slice of time to chat. This becomes especially challenging as the primary "maker" in the business, which is where ZipMessage comes in for me. If a discussion doesn't need to be realtime, I love offering up my ZipMessage link first, as a way to have a higher-fidelity conversation that what email can provide (but still have it asynchronously).
@derrickreimer thanks Derrick! Big fan of SavvyCal, as you know. I love the combo of sending a ZipMessage link to kick off (or continue) a conversation asynchronously pre or post a live calendar meeting.
At Transistor, we were using Loom for sending screen recordings to customers and team members.
We switched to ZipMessage last month and I’m so glad we did. Having ability to post videos back and forth is so helpful; it helps us solve problems much faster.

This is a great tool. I've loved using it with people who have an account. I used it for a little bit as well, need to figure out how to make it fit into my toolbox.

I'm building a productized service on the side of my busy day job and I've used ZipMessage to facilitate pretty much all of my sales calls and team communication.
I love that it allows everyone to fit the conversation into their own schedules and creates enough space to make each response more thoughtful and intentional.
Other screen recording tools are great, but ZipMessage has become my favorite because it allows you to have a back and forth conversation in a single place, so you can always go back and see the full context of the conversation instead of having to manage numerous video links.
If you're working remotely with teammates, clients, or customers (Let's be honest, who isn't these days?) I strongly encourage you to check out ZipMessage as a way to collaborate more efficiently.
