@devonpage Running several clients at once, the real pain isn't mapping one workflow, it's not leaking one client's process assumptions into another's. Does WorkflowMaps keep those maps truly siloed, or is there a shared-template layer? Curious how you onboard a messy client who doesn't actually know their own process yet.

@artem_fedorovich thank you for your reply! The workspaces for each client are completely separate and access-managed with the ability to completely transfer the workspace to the client. From your own workspace it is possible to transfer templated maps to your clients but that's a backend feature not built into the frontend yet (so you can send a support message to transfer them). For onboarding a messy client you can map their first processes from just a transcript or brief description and it will generate it for you.
The per-client workspaces with one login is a really thoughtful move for solo consultants like me juggling five retainers at once. Pricing it flat instead of per-seat means I can finally loop in clients without awkward budget conversations.
