What I love about SmartSuite is how easy to use and powerful it is. In my company, we're using it to manage our software development process. It's simple to use, and it ties the whole software development process together. It's hard to stress how awesome this is... We manage: - Prototyping (writing down ideas and specs for features) - Designing - User Stories - Releases - Bugs - Discussions (comments sections are amazing, any record can have a comment section with a conversation, you can tag people, upload media...) New teammates quickly find their way around and start collaborating. We also manage team members' vacations, onboardings, and counting (the list is growing every week, bye-bye countless spreadsheets!) The productivity gained from managing all these things in a single place is huge. Oh and one more thing: I've had the idea to manage my personal reading list in SmartSuite, and I found out, using Lookup Records and Formula Fields that: I've read 1 out of 9 books. I have 381 pages read so far 2,518 pages to read and need to read 7.30 pages per day to read all books on the list. Adding another book to the list updates the number of pages I have to read per day automatically. Being able to do this kind of stuff with no code is excellent, I can count on SmartSuite to manage and keep track of basically everything! This is revolutionary.

I liked Smartsuite for its flexibility and a set of powerful features. It is as simple or as complex as you want and you have full control over it. If you simply want to store a dataset of several Excel sheets - this is a tool for you. If you want to build a complex application for your needs, including data constraints, formulas and different representations - it will suit your needs too. And I am just beginning to comprehend how many user cases Smartsuite can cover.
